Fee's for Loan Documents

Please note:  All signing fee's must be paid in full regardless of whether or not the loan funds. Like appraisers, signing agents do not work on commission, therefore payment is not contingent upon funding.  Fees will never increase without notice. 

Mortgage Loan signing-docs delivered via FedEx or other courier  $125.00                                 

"Same day signing" - Docs picked up in person for emergencies    $200.00

Concurrent closing second loan (such as HELOC or 2nd Mortgage) $65.00
(Docs must be signed on the same day as the first appt)

Re-sign due to expired docs/ lender error/ borrower does not sign    $125.00

Re-sign due to notary error or omission                                      FREE

Excessive Wait time (longer than 15 min)                           $60.00 an hour

Valid identification is required for notarization. The ID shall be current or issued within five years. The following ID's are valid for notarization:

1.    Drivers License - California or other state, Canadian, or Mexican
2.    California Identification Card
3.    Military Identification Card
4.    Passport - Non-USA passports must be stamped by the INS
