I can also notarize a Certified Copy of Power of Attorney. Both the original Power of Attorney and the copy need to be presented.

If you have loan documents that need to be notarized, each document will be explained and the documents needing notarization will be completed. I am a National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent.

I CAN NOT notarize the following:

Incomplete Documents

Birth, death, or marriage records

Copies of documents (except Power of Attorney)

Documents with faxed or copied signatures
